Gratitude Circle
Team members express specific appreciation for each other, building positive culture and recognition.
Gratitude Circle creates intentional space for expressing appreciation and recognition. Participants take turns sharing specific gratitude for team members - acknowledging contributions, character traits, or moments when someone made a difference. Unlike generic praise, this focuses on specific, authentic appreciation. This powerful practice builds psychological safety, strengthens relationships, increases engagement, and creates positive team culture.
